- You have no recognition inspite of having all qualities
- No means of livelihood
- Others who have received your kindness don’t acknowledge
- Qualities remain unrecognized

On the INSIDE, sorrow arrives like this:
- You don’t feel worthy of what you have
- Your family doesn’t approve your life
- Your family has an eye on your property
- Unethical way of living
- Your wife is cheating, or people are antagonistic
- You depend on others for your survival
- Seeing others who’re achieving more than you
- You are not able to pacify other’s anger

ANGER
