Times have changed post Covid, and there’s a greater need for people skills like coordination, conflict management, negotiation and so much more. And here are the top three worries that Generation Z (those born between 1995 and now) have. They are worried in their abilities to:

* Have a nice job
* Be successful and
* Have good mental health

There are other things like the possibility of a school shooting, climate change and other things are not too far behind in their minds. No wonder Gen Z has put a premium on mental health over achieving good grades, because they’re following closely on how the Millennial generation is unraveling. Millennial generation is also known as the Therapy generation because they’re the first ones to openly embrace therapy for mental health issues.

So, how can we raise the current crop of Gen Zers to become good at adulting? Forget the Scholastic arms race and give them a few pockets of unsupervised time once in a while. Children who lack time for self-exploration and play, feel less in control of their time and life. Let’s not raise them with a poverty of imagination and creativity.

So, scroll BELOW through the 1000’s of articles that have been written keeping the new age children and the digital parents that we’ve become. What are you waiting for?? Cheers!
