Losing My Way In Spain

Hi, welcome.

In these essays, I write about the fascinating landscapes of Spain, Spaniards and their siestas, and the fierce art of flamenco. Through road trips, weddings, whitewashed villages, and seaside camper days, this is my attempt to memorialize the wonder and joy I experienced while moving through these moments.

I attended a mehendi function and a wedding in Sitges. We visited the Alhambra, Toledo, and Granada, among other places, and were stunned by both the grandiosity of the history and the simplicity of the people. Food, freedom, and simple human connection weave through shared meals, unhurried afternoons, and the unspoken kindness of strangers at every stop. I hope you feel the heartbeat of Spain here. ❤️
