Love. Love the one that’s in the mirror, love the one you met just today. Love every person that has lived before, is traveling with you, whom you have heard about and even whom you have never met.
Aggregate all your grace and gratitude and spread it everyone who’s feeling lonely, great, miserable, happy, destructive, creative, suicidal, joyous, helpless and grateful and spread it like the dusty cloud of cheer. Someone who’s telling you he doesn’t need your help will also use a little of it. Don’t forget the hairdresser, the post-woman and the garbage picker who hangs onto the back of the truck.
Don’t have money to spare? Give them a smile and a pat on their back.

Holiday and Mental Health:
Holidays. A time when we gather around with friends and family to celebrate, toast and laugh. Right? But it can also be a time of dread of those of us who are not so fortunate to be near loved ones. A break from routine can throw most people off, especially if they’re alone.
It’s not our responsibility to make everyone around us happy. But the holiday season can be a good reminder that a kind word and a warm smile can brighten up a stranger’s day. This in addition to taking care of ourselves with some tender loving care.
Call up friends, double down on meditation, recharge in a spa or with a massage. Do whatever it takes to drown in (responsible) joy. Happy Holidays!
