In Gokwe North, Zimbabwe, there was a school dropout rate of 40% due to socioeconomic challenges from low crop production and yields. With the distribution of Rise Against Hunger meals through school feeding programs, school attendance, especially among young children, has dramatically increased. Five schools are now cultivating school gardens to generate fresh produce. It starts with a meal and leads to bright futures for children worldwide!
