Respected Madam,

As a common citizen of India, I would like to highlight the delay in the Sushant Singh Rajput’s case. He was one of India’s brightest rising actors, a member of NITI Aayog and a youth icon who always gave back to the society. It’s now 29 months since his untimely, unnatural, and brutal death on 14th June 2020 in Mumbai and 27 months since the case was handed over to the CBI on19th August 2020, as approved by the Honorable Supreme Court of India.

Not only Sushant’s family but also the common public has been continuously requesting for speedy delivery of Justice to the actor but in vain. The ED and CBI have not filed a charge sheet. The NCB is trying to blame the victim himself, adding more distress to the family.

There is a load of evidences available in the public domain as well as public statements made by Union Minister Mr. Narayan Rane and Former Member of Rajya Sabha Dr. Subramanian Swamy, which point towards the death of Sushant Singh Rajput as a murder through conspiracy, perpetrated by those who were in positions of power and state authority in June 2020.

Inspite of all this and the circumstantial evidences available, the suspects/ culprits are still roaming free and living happy lives while an innocent, brilliant, patriotic human being has lost his life.

We, the highly disappointed common public of India would request your intervention in the highlighted case so that a time-bound investigation is done to provide Justice as soon as possible and this long-drawn case finally sees closure.

Hope this matter receives your attention and Justice is provided soon. This will restore our faith in our investigating agencies and an innocent Soul will finally rest in peace.
